In Control →

zenmister:

It is possible to control your emotions. We all do that. It is also possible to be controlled by your emotions. We all do that too. We each have a range of emotions that we use regularly, habitually. It is remarkable how we keep ourselves in that range. Even if that range is…

Common Myths About Gay People That Are Wrong →

alcoholic-grandma:

taxibitch:

Though the gay rights movement has been making great strides in the last few years, especially in legalizing gay marriage in more and more states, there are still a lot of myths and misconceptions that are prevalent in our society. Here, we try to debunk some of the most common myths about gay people once and for all!

Read on

This post is gay. And being gay isn’t fucking natural. I’m sorry penguins don’t “practice” homosexuailty, it is in fact “unnatural”. When a creature goes against its biological instinct to spread its genetic material it’s obviously dysfunctional. And there’s nothing wrong with that (being gay). LET’S JUST ADMIT TO BEING DYSFUNCTIONAL. This post is just like DUH we get it all ready. If the majority of people don’t know these things
yet then they lack commonsense.

thank you for that mention of that stupid Christian sterotype. Hating us all because of a few idiots is actually pretty hypocritical for any group and does harm to us ordinary loving Christians. I’m a straight Christian and I have nothing against gay or lesbian people.

"Gay people are not trying to convert you into a gay person. Unlike those from some religions they don’t go around trying to increase their ranks. This goes for gay parents, too. They don’t make their kids gay just because they are."
I found this so incredibly important.

y’know, seeing as how this website has an incredible collective interest in girls, homosexuals, Marvel superheroes, outer space, and dragons

I’m a little surprised I don’t hear as much about Phyla-Vell, who is a Marvel superhero space-venturing lesbian, who is canonically in a relationship with a girl who is sometimes a dragon

This is so cool! But what country are they from? “Africa” is really vague.

Their names are Duro-Aina Adebola, Akindele Abiola, Faleke Oluwatoyin, and Bello Eniola and they’re from Lagos, Nigeria. There’s a neat video about them here.
